Garrison English, Esq., MBA
Garrison English started Legacy First Law because he watched too many clients come in after a crisis with no plan in place. A missed estate plan. A business with no operating agreement. A family blindsided by a decision they never got to make. He built this firm to change that.
His practice focuses on estate planning and business law, intentionally narrow so every client receives deep expertise, not broad coverage spread thin.

Bridget C. Sciamanna, Esq.
Bridget Sciamanna brings more than 25 years of corporate legal experience to Legacy First Law. Her career spans complex business, compliance, and transactional matters across some of the largest industrial companies in the United States.
She served as Head of Legal at Peak Design, Chief Compliance Officer at The Lycra Company, and Assistant General Counsel at Koch Industries. She is the author of the Pennsylvania Environmental Law Handbook.

Danny Meiselman
Danny Meiselman leads the firm's technology strategy and AI-driven operations. He is the Founder of Peregrine AI, where he helps small and mid-sized businesses deploy AI agent workforces to automate operations and unlock growth.
Before Peregrine, Danny co-founded Hudson Burnham, a real estate brokerage now operating in two cities. He holds a Master's in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.

Lillianna Meram
Lillianna supports legal operations across Legacy First Law and its affiliated firms. She assists attorneys with research, drafting, client-facing documents, and case file management, while coordinating scheduling and executive operations for firm leadership.
A finance student at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, Lillianna brings a sharp, detail-oriented approach and a background that spans energy, IP, and general practice environments.

Business Formation
Formed a multi-member LLC for two Iowa co-founders launching a SaaS platform. Drafted the operating agreement with custom profit-sharing provisions, buyout triggers, and IP assignment clauses.
