Written Scope and Flat-Fee Agreement

If you decide to move forward, we prepare a clear written fee agreement defining the exact scope of work, the deliverables, the timeline, and the total flat fee. You review it, ask questions, and sign only when you're fully comfortable. There are no surprises after this point.

All out-of-court work is flat-fee. For matters requiring litigation or court appearances, we provide a direct referral to our trusted sister firm.

Deep Dive and Discovery

We review your assets, documents, business structure, and goals in detail. Follow-up questions may be asked to ensure the final work product reflects your actual situation, not a generic template.

Handled directly by your attorney. Nothing is delegated to someone you haven't met.

Draft and Review

Your documents are drafted and walked through with you before anything is finalized. We explain what every section means, answer every question, and ensure the plan reflects exactly what you want. Revisions within scope are included.

You understand every page before you sign anything.

Execution and Delivery

Documents are properly executed, witnessed, and notarized as required. You receive complete copies of everything, organized and explained. Your plan is finished, fully documented, and ready to protect your family or your business the moment it's needed.

Legacy First Law remains available for questions after completion.

The hourly billing model creates a conflict of interest. The longer a matter takes, the more the attorney earns. Legacy First Law operates on flat fees for all out-of-court work specifically to eliminate that conflict.

Your flat fee is agreed upon in writing before any work begins. It covers the full scope of your matter, including revisions within the defined scope. No billing surprises. No awkward conversations about unexpected charges.
